I'm Sara, the founder of Rainbow Bridge Vets. I’m a vet with over 18 years’ experience caring for pets and their families. I wanted to give pet owners an alternative to visiting their vet practice when the time comes to say goodbye.

I’m Julie, a compassionate vet with over 30 years’ experience. I was born and raised in rural Gloucestershire where animals were integral to my family’s life. I became a vet in Ontario, Canada.
After decades of providing care to horses and small animals, I’ve come home to the UK.
I live in mid-Devon with my husband, Richard, and our family of horses, spaniels and Jack Russell Terriers. I’m passionate about providing home care to pets and their families to bring calm and peace in those final moments.
I’m Richard, veterinary assistant and Julie’s husband.
I’m here to help provide a calm and peaceful goodbye at home. For many years I’ve worked with Julie in her own mobile veterinary practice in Canada.
I accompany Julie on home visits and as an experienced pet owner I understand and deeply appreciate the bond between humans and animals.
